There are still plenty of places in the world which Google Maps doesn’t have access to (we already mentioned one here). Few of them are banned due to government restrictions, personal-privacy lawsuits, security reason etc.
Bahrain is one of them to ban Google Maps; rumors are that they took this decision to keep eyes of people away from its inequity of land distribution. Few people got the screenshot of pre banned and circulated it on the net.
